7-Day Exchange Policy

At CALDERA & CO, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our exchange policy carefully before placing your order.
7-Day Exchange Eligibility
We offer a 7-day exchange only in the following cases:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product was damaged during shipping or arrived damaged due to our error.
To request an exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and guide you through the exchange process.
Exchange Conditions
To qualify for an exchange, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable).
- Not show any signs of wear, damage, or misuse by the customer.
Exchanges Are NOT Accepted For
Please note that CALDERA & CO has a strict exchange policy. We do not offer exchanges for:
- Change of mind.
- Wrong size selected by the customer.
- Change in color preference.
- Personal preference after receiving the product.
- Minor variations in color due to screen or lighting differences.
- Any item that has been used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
Exchange will ONLY be accepted if the wrong item was shipped or the product was damaged due to our mistake. In all other cases, exchange requests will not be accepted.
Exchange Process
Once your request is approved:
- Our team will provide exchange instructions.
- The incorrect or damaged item must be returned before the replacement is dispatched.
- The replacement product will be shipped after the returned item passes our quality inspection.
