Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with your shipping details.

We currently deliver across Pakistan.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping

We offer FREE shipping on all orders of PKR 15,000 or above.

Standard Shipping

Orders below PKR 15,000 are not eligible for free shipping. Standard delivery charges will be applied at checkout or confirmed by our team before dispatch.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders below PKR 15,000.

Please ensure that:

  • Someone is available to receive the parcel.
  • The payment is ready at the time of delivery.
  • Incorrect addresses or unsuccessful delivery attempts may result in delays or order cancellation.
  • For high-value orders, our team may contact you to verify your order before dispatch.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier service delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, our team will provide you with the tracking details so you can monitor your shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. CALDERA & CO is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with reliable courier partners, unexpected delays may occur. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team, and we will assist you in tracking your shipment.

Damaged Package

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Kindly share clear photos of the package and product so our team can investigate the issue.
